Serious Games Interactive (SGI) is looking for a Sales Director to bring us to the next level. The serious games and digital learning industry is one of the fastest growing industries worldwide and during the last 7 years we have positioned ourselves to take advantage of this with strong references, based on unique technology and world-class development competences. We work with companies like Siemens Wind Power, Maersk Group and Opel to harness games for training and accelerate capabilities in highly advanced organizations We support companies and organization brand their companies by explaining their mission through games. We also utilize the natural curiosity in learners to bring education to next level of education for schools through our highly global themes. You will be an important part of the Leadership Team in SGI, and you tasks will include below:
Your role
You will be all-up accountable for SGI selling targets and customer Satisfaction

You will structure, plan and drive the entire sales and marketing effort for SGI
You will secure ‘sales thinking’ on all levels in the organization
Build the quarterly sales and marketing plan
You will secure adequate lead generation and build the need pipeline
Drive, plan, prepare, follow-up and execute on sales meetings drawing on SGI spear competences
Maintain, develop and attract the right sales and marketing profiles to secure strong growth
Identify opportunities in the market
Represent SGI at relevant commercial events and conferences

Desired Skills and Experience
Senior level, ambitious, intelligent and results-driven sales director with proven track-record. You are able to think on a strategic level with BtB customers to identify the most business critical needs for our solutons whiile being able to build up our sales organisations in phases. As our sales organisation is still small it is important that you still thrive on making the actual sell directly to clients.

Proven track record
Relevant academic commercial education
Experience with relevant area is a plus: Training, simulation, eLearning
