Would you like to combine your solid leadership experience and marketing capabilities by leading the Customer Relations department in the LEGO Group´s internal consumer marketing agency?

Here is your opportunity to head a department responsible for securing the voice of consumers and internal customers in the Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA), use your leadership skills and strategic orientation to secure strong marketing solutions, and take a central role in the CMA Leadership Team.

With 300 employees in Billund, Denmark, and Enfield, USA, CMA is a global full-service agency that serves the LEGO Group´s internal clients with all types of marketing solutions - from communication strategies over packaging design to TV spots, mini movies, digital solutions and much more.

Customer Relations consists of 20 employees and you will have 3 managers reporting directly to you. Your responsibilities cover the customer relationship, customer budgets as well as ensuring that the marketing solutions deliver according to customer briefs and business objectives.


Be responsible for ensuring value-adding relations towards customers

Your main mission is to ensure motivation and satisfaction among your employees as well as a constant focus on the consumer, customer, quality and effectiveness in the marketing solutions we deliver.

You will lead our two account management teams through your middle managers. The Account Managers are the customer entry to CMA and a daily sparring partner for our internal customers. In relation to this, your focus is to further professionalise account management as a value adding one-point of entry and key driver of communication strategy development that supports business objectives.

Another part of your responsibilities will be to build up a marketing effectiveness function and further establish a CMA "live team" -- an end-to-end team capable of developing and delivering ad hoc creative and digital solutions to cover unplanned customer needs.

You serve as a close sparring partner for your employees on all marketing related issues just as you will be working across the entire organisation. Thus, a challenge will be to navigate between stakeholders within CMA and the rest of the LEGO Organisation - including product and marketing development, media channels, future lab and markets. You will be based in Billund, Denmark and travelling approximately 30-40 days a year.

International marketing & leadership experience

- You have solid leadership experience paired with +7 years´ marketing and communication experience
- Your track record has given you a solid understanding of marketing and brand management
- Further, you are experienced working with marketing partners and agencies.
- A strong business acumen and strategic perspective is further a prerequisite.
- Your English is fluent, both verbally and in writing.
